Once we get your inquiry, we will send you a questionnaire to learn more about your business, such as design style, your target audience, your goal, expected launch date, and many more. This stage will cover payment details and agreement as well.
Planning and design concept
After we gather enough information and understand more about your business, we will plan on your web strategy, design style, user interface and functions. We will provide mock-up in flatten image ( jpeg) format
Website development and testing
When the design concept is approved, we will proceed to coding the website and test it on several browsers to ensure that it works well on major browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. Next, we upload it on our demo site for you to test it out.
Launching your website
Now that you have approved the demo site, we are ready to launch your website by uploading it to your hosting. To ensure your satisfaction, we will provide one week support. If there is any bugs or error with the website, we will do our best to solve it as soon as possible.
Maintenance
We offer maintenance service on monthly or yearly basis at small fee. It includes: backup your site on weekly basic, clean your database so it loads faster and all the dirty job behind a website. We can also monitor your traffic statistic to enhance any possible upgrade or new strategy to help the growth of your online business.
Upgrade Your Website
When you feel that your current website can’t accommodate the traffic and has grown beyond what you expected, you can always upgrade to other website package to boost your web presence. If the website is previously designed by us, we will give up to 25% off from all our packages.
